We send the goods via an external transport company, which delivers the goods to you on our behalf. Our external shipping service companies are UPS and DHL.
In the case of multiple orders, you pay once the highest shipping cost. When you complete the checkout process only after purchasing all items, you will receive the order confirmation by email with the correct calculation of the shipping costs.
After receipt of payment, your shipment will be made ready for shipping and handed over to the external shipping service provider. Within Bulgaria, delivery takes place within 1-2 working days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
In order to be able to pick up your goods in our warehouse, please select "Pickup" as the shipping method. All orders placed before 16:30 will be available for collection on the next business day.
