For order from € 499 exceptions to this are bulky goods, express shipping and COD* surcharges (COD* is paid by the customer). The deposit value is not offset against the shopping cart value. *COD - Cash on delivery

For deliveries within Bulgaria, the express shipping option is available in combination with the following payment methods:

If you order and receive payment from Monday to Friday by 12:00 noon, the goods will be dispatched on the same working day and delivery on the next working day (Mon-Fri).

Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on public holidays.
